Refund policy
We offer a refund policy that allows customers to request refunds within 30 days of their purchase. To initiate a refund request, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and the reason for the request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
Returns due to manufacturing defects will be refunded for the total amount paid once we have verified the defect.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
